So Bill Gross really thinks this housing market will get better and mortgage rates will go to 4.5%. That is quite a mortgage rate prediction! We will see if this happens!

February 10, 2009The Herd Wheel of Genius Week 8
October 17, 2008Colin made his picks today and the Church of Cowherd has a summary. This week the Church of Cowherd actually agrees with many of Colin’s picks so it will be interesting to see if this is a big weekend for the picks.
Colin Cowherd Gimmick
October 14, 2008Today Colin got on a 20 minute rant about what a gimmick was. The whole thing started when Duke called Tim Wakefield a Gimmick pitcher for throwing a knuckleball. Colin, Amanda and Fish went on and on for over 20 minutes about what exactly a gimmick is. An indepth piece on this is available at the Church of Cowherd.
Tommy Bowden Fired
October 13, 2008It took several years but Tommy Bowden was finally fired. There is a great article at the Church of Cowherd explaining why Bowden could never get Clemson over them hup and win anything of significance. It will be interesting to see who they can possibly get to turn things around quickly ala Nick Saban at Alabama and Butch Davis at UNC.
Wheel of Genius Follow Up
October 12, 2008The Church of Cowherd once again went over .500 as they were 6 and 4. That is now six of seven winning weekends. There is also some interesting commentary about the dominant teams and the wheel of genius. It was definitely a fun week of college football; hopefully we can have another exciting weekend next weekend!
The Herd Wheel of Genius
October 10, 2008The Church of Cowherd has the analysis of todays Wheel of Genius picks. Colin wasn’t as outrageous today as he usually is during this segment. He took all away teams and Oklahoma at a neutral site. Lets see how his picks turn out.

October 9, 2008Georgia Tech Dominating in the ACC
October 8, 2008The Church of Cowherd has picked the Yellow Jackets as this week’s ACC team. This doesn’t surprise me as I know Tech has manhandled the teams they have played except for Virginia Tech, but that was in Lane Stadium. Paul Johnson is running the triple option like crazy in Atlanta.
Big 10 Saturday Illinois
October 8, 2008Illinois went into the Big House and whipped up on Michigan and were rated as the most dominant team in the Big 10 by the Church of Cowherd. Illinois has Minnesota at home this weekend, so that will be interesting to see how they react to dominating Michigan.
SEC Saturday Alabama
October 7, 2008This week, the Church of Cowherd picked Alabama as the most dominate team in the conference. They only won by 3 points but dominated running the ball. It will be interesting to see how the most dominate in each conference fair next week.
